Sonomatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths

After finishing, components can potentially suffer from a reduced life if the polishing compound (contaminant) used is not suitably removed. It is also important to ensure the cleaning process is carried out using a cleaning fluid specially suited to the material being decontaminated.

Algasan offer two Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths, Model 2800 & Model 2900 both designed to be used in conjunction with the Algacleanse range of cleaning products.
Both models generate a cleaning process, which is induced by applying ultrasound into the cleansing liquid. This is achieved by a Generator PCB, which produces high frequencies, which are then transferred by transducers to form a mechanical oscillation to the fluid in the tank.

Both models are of similar size but differ in the type of inner tank.

The 2800 has a pressed steel tank in 304st steel and is the largest unit of this standard in the range. The 2800 is designed for general cleansing and decontamination.

The 2900 is one of the smallest industrial tanks in our range and has a more durable inner tank, fabricated from st steel 316. The 2900 is specifically designed for users that have a requirement for prolonged periods of cleaning.
